Customization Process
The client provides a design draft (or requests a bespoke design created by senior designers at The Genius Gifts) → selecting the type of craftsmanship → quoting → refining the design → approving the design → sample creation → adjustments → confirming the final sample → producing the bulk order.
Material and Specifications
Material: A variety of fabrics are available, including pure cotton, polycotton, CVC, TC, nylon, Sorona, Modal, and Pima cotton.
It is recommended to try premium Pima cotton T-shirts, which offer an unexpectedly comfortable experience.
Sumipa cotton is produced in very limited quantities each year. The annual output of Pima cotton accounts for less than 3% of the global cotton production, earning it the nickname "aristocrat of cotton." Pima cotton fibers are finer and longer, resulting in fabrics that are soft and lustrous. This cotton resists wear and pilling, while its stronger fibers make the T-shirt elastic, lightweight, and durable. Additionally, its drape is soft and comfortable. The more active fibers are also easier to dye and resistant to fading. Even after years of use, Pima cotton T-shirts retain their vibrant colors.
Specifications: Fabric weights range from 160, 180, 200, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 280, to 300g.
Styles and Craftsmanship
Style: Available in short-sleeve or long-sleeve T-shirts. With high demand, customization of size and design is possible according to client preferences.
Color: Each fabric type offers a selection of color swatches. For detailed queries, kindly consult customer service.
Craftsmanship: Employs upgraded and innovative customization techniques, including silk screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, computerized embroidery, hot stamping in gold and silver, and glow-in-the-dark effects.
Optional: Additional features like ribbons, woven labels, and wash tags can be included.
